The Annual General Meeting of Christian Rural and Urban Development of Nigeria (CRUDAN) is a statutory obligation as spelled out in the CRUDAN constitution. The AGM is the highest decision-making body of CRUDAN and it is responsible for electing members of the Board of Trustees of CRUDAN as well as ratifying the appointments and decisions made by the Board. The AGM also approves the Annual reports and Audited Accounts of CRUDAN as provided by the constitution.
The CRUDAN 31st Annual General Meeting held on the 4th August 2022 and drew members across the CRUDAN 5 structured zones of Nigeria which are the Central, Northeast, Northwest, Southwest, and Southeast zones. Highlights of achievements and success stories of the Organization were presented to Members. This year’s AGM was historic because for the past 3 years (2019, 2020, and 2021) CRUDAN could not hold its Annual General Meeting due to insecurity and some unforeseen circumstances but to the glory of God and to the delight of Members, the organization was able to organize the 31st Annual general meeting.
During the AGM, CRUDAN Board Members and Trustees were elected, inaugurated and presented to the house. The new Board Chair Hon. Dr. Patrick Katuka emerged from Northwest zone and replaced Rev. Dr. Eric Ighalo from the Southwest zone who served his complete term. Elected Board Members are:
