Gov. Ishaku has lived up to campaign promises and transformed Taraba within 6 years in Office- Andeta’rang

The Taraba state chapter of the Peoples Democractic Party (PDP) has lamponed the State Chairman of the All Progressives Congress (APC) Barr. Ibrahim Tukur El-Sudi over his recent verbal attack against Governor Ishaku’s administration, describing El-Sudi comments as mere noise making.

Andeta’rang Irammae the (PDP) State Publicity Secretary in an interview with Oracle Reporters ,said Mr El-Sudi lacks capacity to see the development al strides of Governor Ishaku in the 3 Senatorial districts of the state because he is either blind or hate to appreciate whatever that is laudable achievements.

According to him, Governor Ishaku should be Commended for coming up on a television show to show case his achievements rather than being criticised by opposition elements in the state.

He stated that APC only exist in name in Taraba state as the party is not on ground and that all the few elements in that party could do to be noticed is to blackmail and cause mischief in Taraba state.

According to Taraba PDP spokesman, , PDP is the only party in Taraba state that is the Peoples Choice and that Governor Ishaku has been voted into power twice under it’s platform because the voters were solidly behind him.

He added that several projects such as clean water supply, road projects, Hospitals projects and Human resource development projects have been executed in Taraba state in the last six years by Government of Dairus Ishaku’s administration and commissioned for the benefit of the people of the state.

Andeta’rang added that Governor Ishaku has lived up to the Mandate given to him by Tarabans, stressing that the ongoing campaign of calumny being mounted by opposition elements in the state is meant to distract Governor Ishaku’s purposeful administration from being focused on giving devidends of democracy to the people,saying ” no room for distractions”.

He maintained that Governor Ishaku has brought government closer to the doorsteps of Tarabans, saying example of such was his ward Bika in Ussa local government area of the state which is few minutes drive from Takum local government Council.

He added that the road which was abandoned 70 years in the state has been opened up by the Ishaku led administration.

According to him,” people no longer go to the stream for water again because Ishaku has provided them with portable water and that the people now enjoy 24 hours electricity.”

He demanded to know where was El-sudi who claimed that Ishaku has not commissioned a single project since the inception of his tenure when the Vice President Prof. Yemi Isinbajo came to Taraba to commission Governor Ishaku laudable projects in the state?

Andeta’rang futher stressed that before the emergence of Arc
Darius Ishaku as the Governor of Taraba state , the state owned University had less than 5 Professors but now the university can boast of 50 Professors, the university used to have only 5 or 6 faculties, but they are now offering Law, introduced Health Sciences, Commucation and Media Studies Management .

He added that the University now ranked among the 30 best universities in Nigeria.
